Overview
At Proshoto, we want you to be satisfied with your AI-generated headshots. We understand that AI results can vary, and we have established the following refund policy to be fair to all our customers.
When Refunds Are Available
We offer refunds in the following circumstances:
- Technical Failure: If the AI model training fails and no headshots are generated, you will receive a full refund of the credit used, or a replacement credit at no charge.
- Quality Issues: If the generated headshots are significantly unusable due to technical defects (e.g., severe distortion, corruption), we will work with you to either re-generate images or provide a refund.
- Unused Credits: Credits that have not been used to train a model may be eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase.
When Refunds Are Not Available
Refunds are generally not provided in the following cases:
- Subjective Dissatisfaction: If you are not satisfied with the style or appearance of the headshots but the generation completed successfully without technical issues.
- Poor Input Photos: If the quality of uploaded photos (e.g., blurry, low-resolution, poor lighting) results in lower-quality headshots.
- Used Credits: Credits that have already been used to train a model are considered consumed and are non-refundable, except in cases of technical failure.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us within 14 days of your purchase through our contact page or email us at support@proshoto.com. Please include:
- Your account email address
- The date of purchase
- The reason for the refund request
- Screenshots if applicable (for quality issues)
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed through LemonSqueezy, our payment processor, within 5-10 business days. The refund will be returned to the original payment method used for the purchase.
