Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your email address for authentication purposes. We use magic link (passwordless) authentication through Supabase.

Photos: When you use the Service, you upload personal photos that are used to train your AI model. These photos are stored temporarily during the training process.

Generated Images: The AI-generated headshots are stored and associated with your account so you can access and download them.

Payment Information: Payment processing is handled by LemonSqueezy. We do not store your credit card or payment details directly. Please refer to LemonSqueezy's privacy policy for their data handling practices.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to: provide and operate the Service; train AI models using your uploaded photos; generate headshot images; process payments and manage credits; communicate with you about your account; and improve the Service.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored using industry-standard cloud infrastructure. We use Supabase for database storage and authentication, and Vercel Blob for image storage. All data transfers are encrypted using TLS/SSL. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data.

We use the following third-party services to operate Proshoto:

• Astria — AI model training and image generation

• LemonSqueezy — Payment processing

Each of these services has their own privacy policies governing how they handle data.

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Uploaded training photos may be retained during and after the AI training process as part of the model data. Generated headshots are retained until you delete your account. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
